Always take time to appreciate the beauty in your surroundings. I know I do. And every single time I always find myself wondering how all of it was created. It truly is amazing.

There are two great things about water. On one end it is gentle and can easily adapt to the environment it is in.
On the other end it can be unwavering, changing anything it touches.
In a life where we find ourselves constantly adapting to the environment around us, we mustn’t forget that we are also powerful enough to transform the environment we live in.
We all have shadows. Things about ourselves we don’t like.
Some of these shadows are small and some are large. Small or large, it is always created when you walk away from the light.
This light is a combination of the brightness of your dreams, goals, and desires.
If you want to get rid of your shadows, just head towards your light.
One thing I like about my two dogs is that they live in the moment. They don’t worry about the future nor do they look back at the past. At least I think that’s how they are.
When I take them for a walk they take everything about their environment in- the sights, the sounds, the smells, the tastes, and the things they touch.
At the end of the day they go to bed and when they wake up, it’s a brand new day with new things to discover and new stimuli to take in.
There’s a lot to be said about living in the moment. You begin to appreciate all the beauty that there is in the world.
If there is anything I have a great deal of gratitude for, it’s what training has done for me. Not only has it kept me strong, healthy, and in shape, but without it I would not have the energy to do what I do.
From training early morning clients to being able to spend time with my friends and family while staying engaged, my workouts are what keep me going.
A lot of my best ideas have come after a workout and I’m not surprised. When you exercise, you train the neuromuscular system- brain and muscles. So my brain literally is supercharged and I am productive because of it. In addition to that, it is very beneficial to the spirit.
There’s nothing like feeling like you can take on the world after an impressive performance in the gym. So thank you training, I definitely owe you my life.

I was asked a long time ago, “What do you prefer, a jet or a yacht?” And at the time I said a jet because I was all about getting to my destination as fast as I can. As I got older, however, I realized that best part about getting to my destination was not the destination at all but the journey I took to get there. Especially the times when my journey was long.
It’s the experiences we have and the people we meet along the way to our destination that are precious. Those moments help to shape me into the man I am today. And I know the experiences I will have and the people that I will interact with along the way will continue to shape me.
So if you were to ask me this time which of the two I prefer, I would definitely say,
“The yacht!!!”
