Because of really unscrupulous (we can use big words over here too) individuals, companies, and corporations FTC requires that all bloggers and essentially anyone writing on the net to disclose whenever there could be any type of potential improprieties, hidden interests, or unspoken biases related to product(s) and/or service recommendations.
If you know us, you know that we would never promote anything that we didn’t use or believe, without a shadow of a doubt, will help you achieving your fitness, wellness, and for that any life goals you set. We would never recommend you anything we wouldn’t spend our own money on as well. Because we are No B.S. we will never promote bullshit products at the expense of a few affiliate dollars, kickbacks, free shit, etc. We work tirelessly everyday to give you the best that the fitness world has to offer and we would never compromise our readers’, clients’, friends’ trust no matter what we are offered.
Now because of all these scam artists full disclosure is needed. What does that mean for you? Technically it means that we have to let you know every time we mention a product, service, apparel, that we may have possibly benefited from it, in the form of a commission, given it free, reimbursed, etc. Do you see how tedious that would be for us to do for every one of our blog posts. Also imagine how hard it would be for you to read our posts if we had to mention the relationship we had to the product or service.
So for the sake of protecting our own ass let’s make a general assumption for every post, links, recommendation we make, or product we use, all of the following are true.
If we do make any money out of any products and services we recommend, then rest assured we will find every outrageous way to spend it all, “Can you say oil wrestling!”
